These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of biceindia.in and of the admission portal, exam portal and coaching services provided by BiCE Institute Of Competitive Exams Pvt Ltd ("BiCE", "we", "us"). By using the website, applying for admission or paying fees, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & admission

• You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information in the admission form. Admission may be cancelled if any information or document is found to be false.
• Students under 18 must apply with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Admission is confirmed only after the required fees are paid and your details are verified by the institute.
• BiCE may refuse or cancel any admission at its discretion, for example if a batch is full or a student does not meet the course requirements.

2. Student account

• You are responsible for keeping your login ID and password secret, and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Fees & payments

• Course fees, monthly fees and due dates are as announced by the institute at the time of admission and may be revised for future batches.
• Online payments are processed through Razorpay. A payment counts as received only once it is successfully confirmed by the payment gateway.
• If money is deducted from your account but the payment is not confirmed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or the gateway within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with your transaction ID.
• Late payment may result in a late fee or suspension of access to classes and tests until dues are cleared.

4. Refund & cancellation policy

• Admission/registration fees are non-refundable.
• Course fees once paid are generally not refundable or transferable to another student.
• If BiCE cancels a course or batch before it starts, the course fees paid for that batch will be refunded in full, or you can move to another batch.
• If you were charged twice for the same payment, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
• Refund requests must be sent in writing to biceinstitute12@gmail.com with your name, student ID and transaction details.

5. Classes, study material & tests

• Class timings, faculty and syllabus may change when needed. We will tell students about major changes in advance where possible.
• Study material, notes, videos and test papers provided by BiCE are for your personal use only. You may not copy, sell, share or upload them anywhere without our written permission.
• Using unfair means in online or offline tests may lead to cancellation of results or removal from the course.

6. Conduct & discipline

Students must behave respectfully towards faculty, staff and other students and follow the institute's rules. BiCE may suspend or expel a student for serious misconduct, without refund of fees.

7. No guarantee of selection

BiCE provides coaching and guidance to help students prepare for competitive exams. Results depend on each student's own effort and on the recruiting authority. We do not guarantee selection, jobs or any particular score in any exam. Past results shown on the website are for information only.

8. Use of the website

• Do not try to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website, portals or other students' data.
• The BiCE name, logo, content and images on this website belong to BiCE and may not be used without permission.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Limitation of liability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, BiCE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability in any case is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the relevant course.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal.
